What this service uses
This interface uses your organization sign-in identity, including your name and email address, to find the Mailman lists and permissions connected to you. It reads and updates list memberships, roles, delivery preferences, settings, and moderation queues in Mailman Core.
Messages and archives
Mailing-list messages are delivered by Mailman and the organization's mail systems. Authorized owners and moderators can view held messages. When archiving is enabled, message archives may be stored in HyperKitty and are available according to each list's archive policy.
Cookies and logs
The service uses essential cookies for sign-in and session security. It does not use advertising cookies. Operational and audit logs may record your account, the action taken, its target, outcome, time, and technical details needed to secure and maintain the service.
Your choices
You can change delivery preferences or leave a list from its page. List owners and system administrators may need to handle requests involving archived messages, audit records, or addresses retained by Mailman for moderation and abuse prevention.
